Production
Production of BONES Group d.o.o. is rounded off into four production units:
Preparation of semi - finished products (production)
Preparation of semi-finished products (production) includes the following segments:
- technological process
- measuring instruments and equipment
- energy block
- process equipment
The technological process of production includes all measures, procedures and instructions in terms of production of quality products. Measuring instruments and equipment are in the function of controlling the parameters of the laboratory, intermediate phase, semi-finished product and finished product.
The energy block consists of: boiler plant, heat exchanger, chemical water treatment, process equipment.
Process equipment includes vacuum mixers and duplicators of various volumes, modern vessels and mixers, aging tanks and piping system for connecting them with duplicators and vacuum mixers.
Confectioning (packaging)
Confectioning (packaging) of products is done in three production lines:
- The first production line includes filling cylindrical containers made of aluminum, plastic and laminate in the range of 10-350 ml. The machine is made in Italy, with a capacity of 3,000 units / hour. It is fully computerized, which makes it extremely easy to work on the machine and its maintenance.
- The second production line is used for filling liquid products in the range of 5-3,000 ml. capacity 1,000 units / h The charging unit consists of eight heads, it is fully computerized.
- The third production line is used for filling creamy-pasty materials in the range of 5-400 ml, with a capacity of 1,000 units / hour. The machine is automatic, the latest generation and includes the following cycles:
- mass dosing
- placing ALU foil on the packaging
- automatic installation and closing of the lid and
- labeling
Production of plastic packaging
The third part of the production program is the production of injection molded plastic packaging for our own needs.
Production is performed on machines of the latest German production.
The machines are computerized with memory for about 100 different tools, so the transition from one tool to another is extremely easy to handle. The average capacity of the machines is from 8,000 to 10,000 units in 24 hours. The expansion of this production program is planned.Laboratory
After the examination, the appropriate attestations are given, and on the basis of the obtained micro-biological tests and the results of health correctness, the confectioning into the finished product is done. The laboratory has measuring instruments and equipment for laboratory testing of physical and chemical parameters, raw materials, packaging and semi-finished products.
The plan is to build a laboratory for microbiological testing where the entire production process within the company would be completed.
